We went to visit a great new development earlier this week between Looe and Polperro. In a great location down a narrow road it really feels 'off the beaten track'. And, being just over the border from Devon, this part of South East Cornwall is a couple of hours closer to the rest of the country than much of the county.
It will have a mix of 40-45 bungalows and houses built to a high spec. Some of the properties will sit on the brow of the hill and have the view shown to the right. Not bad to wake up to!
20 or so of the properties have apparently been sold off plan since January so the market is still strong for the right sort of properties.
We will hopefully be talking to prospective owners in the coming weeks and would hope to have the properties available from the end of next year when the development completes.
